Hello and Welcome!

Allow me to introduce myself: I am Anthony Zuccarello, a third generation photographic artist.
I am also a juried artist through the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art for Sculpture and have my ‘Images Painted on Glass’ featured in galleries from South Jersey to Pittsburgh, PA.
My photographic experience spans over 37 years, and over 25 years as an artist.
I was introduced to photography when I was 6 years old working with my father in his photography lab.
I began by learning to measure and mix chemicals and evolved to doing printing and developing, the use of sophisticated cameras and lenses. At the age of eleven, I began learning the art of making copies
and restoration of damaged photographs and documents.   

Restoration of yesterday was very complicated requiring multiple copies and layering negatives in an
optical enlarger. Color was done with colored pencils or oil tint, even drawing in with pencil was
necessary many times in order to fill in missing pieces of damaged photos.

Now, thanks to the advances in technology, I am able to use my years of experience in this digital age.

Today, I utilize the principles of lighting, shadow, balance, contrast and color in the digital restoration process.  I merge these skills with my talents as an artist and apply them using digital technology.

Because I am semi-retired, I can offer pricing that is hard to compete with, while continuing to deliver most exceptional work. I’m sure you will agree that the results are outstanding.
